These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CSC Exams Philippines mobile application ("App") developed by Jun Auza ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
- About the App
CSC Exams Philippines is an educational reviewer app designed to help users prepare for the Philippine Civil Service Examination (CSE-PPT) administered by the Civil Service Commission. The App provides practice questions, mock exams, flashcards, and study tools.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Civil Service Commission (CSC) of the Philippines or any government agency. All content is independently created for educational purposes only.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
- Account and Use
You do not need to create an account to use the App. Your quiz progress, preferences, and study data are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store your personal data on our servers.
You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App or its content.
- Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers a free tier with limited features and optional Premium subscriptions.
a) Premium Plans: Monthly and Annual subscription plans are available. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.
b) Free Trial: Premium subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged.
c) Billing: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. You will be charged through your Apple ID account.
d) Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
e) Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
f) Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.
g) Legacy Users: Users who purchased the original paid version of CSC Exams Philippines (prior to version 7.0) are granted lifetime Premium access at no additional cost.
- Content Disclaimer
a) The questions, explanations, and study materials provided in the App are for educational and review purposes only. They are not official CSC examination materials.
b) While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all questions and answers are error-free. AI-generated explanations are provided as learning aids and may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
c) The App does not guarantee that using it will result in passing the Civil Service Examination. Exam results depend on individual preparation, knowledge, and performance.
d) Exam schedules, passing rates, and other CSC-related information displayed in the App are based on publicly available data and may not reflect the most current information. Always verify with the official CSC website (csc.gov.ph).
- Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including questions, explanations, designs, code, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Jun Auza and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App's content without prior written consent from the Developer.
- Privacy

In summary: The App works fully offline. We do not collect personal data. Anonymous usage analytics may be collected to improve the App. Subscription status is managed by Apple.
- Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services:
a) Apple StoreKit: For processing subscriptions and in-app purchases. Subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
b) Google AdMob: Free-tier users may see advertisements. Ad data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
c) AVSpeechSynthesizer: Text-to-speech functionality is processed locally on your device. No audio data is transmitted externally.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
a) The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
b) The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
c) The Developer's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App or its subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.
d) The Developer is not responsible for any decisions made based on the content provided in the App.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website.
- Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Quezon City, Philippines.
