Welcome to PNLE Reviewer PH ("the App"), developed and operated by Jun Auza / TechSource ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
PNLE Reviewer PH is an educational mobile application designed to help users prepare for the Philippine Nursing Licensure Examination (PNLE) administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). The App provides multiple-choice quiz questions, flashcards, mock exams, progress tracking, and related study tools.
2. Disclaimer
This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the Board of Nursing or any government agency. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any content in the App will appear on the actual Nursing board examination.
While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties or representations regarding the correctness, completeness, or reliability of the questions, answers, explanations, or any other content provided in the App. Users should supplement their study with official textbooks, review materials, and accredited review programs.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Accounts
The App does not require you to create an account. Your quiz progress, bookmarks, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store personal information on our servers.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers a free tier with limited access and a Premium subscription with full access to all features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
Pricing: Premium Monthly and Premium Annual subscription plans are available. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. All prices are in the local currency of your App Store account.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly through their support channels.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to questions, explanations, flashcards, user interface design, graphics, and code, is the property of Jun Auza / TechSource and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the App without prior written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
— Reproduce, screenshot, or distribute the App's question content for commercial purposes — Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App — Use the App for any unlawful purpose — Share your subscription access with others — Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
8. Content Accuracy
The questions and educational content in this App are generated and curated for study purposes. Nursing is an evolving field, and laws, guidelines, and best practices may change. We recommend verifying critical information with current authoritative sources, including PRC announcements, official textbooks, and your educational institution.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jun Auza / TechSource shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill, or failure to pass any licensure examination, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data. In summary: the App stores all user data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal information on external servers.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App or on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
