These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LET Reviewer PH ("the App"), developed and published by TechSource ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
LET Reviewer PH is a mobile application designed to help users prepare for the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines. The App provides practice questions, flashcards, mock exams, and study tools for both Elementary and Secondary LET levels.
2. Not Affiliated with PRC or CHED
LET Reviewer PH is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the Department of Education (DepEd), or any government agency. Questions and content in the App are generated for review purposes and do not represent actual board exam items.
3. Account and Eligibility
You do not need to create an account to use the App. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Free and Premium Access
The App offers both free and premium tiers:
Free Tier: Access to General Education and Professional Education subjects with a daily question limit. Some features are restricted.
Premium Tier: Unlimited access to all subjects including Major Field specializations, all quiz modes, mock exams, flashcards, spaced repetition, and all study tools. Premium access requires an active subscription.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium access is available through auto-renewable subscriptions managed via Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Subscription options include Monthly and Annual plans. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
You may manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information.
6. Legacy Users
Users who purchased the original paid version of LET Exams Philippines prior to the relaunch may be eligible for lifetime premium access at no additional cost. Legacy status is determined automatically based on your App Store purchase history.
7. Content Accuracy
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of questions, explanations, and study materials, we do not guarantee that the content is free from errors. The App uses AI-generated content that has been reviewed for quality, but some inaccuracies may exist. The App should be used as a supplementary study tool and not as the sole basis for exam preparation.
We do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing the LET or achieving any specific score.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to questions, explanations, flashcards, graphics, user interface design, and source code, is the property of TechSource and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App's content without our prior written consent.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Copy, redistribute, or publish any questions, answers, or content from the App.
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our authorization.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape App content.
Share your premium subscription access with others or circumvent subscription restrictions.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The App stores your study progress, preferences, and bookmarks locally on your device. We do not collect personally identifiable information. For subscription management, all data is handled by Apple through the App Store. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for more details.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechSource shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or failure to pass any examination, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
13. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
